You have to register MAC address of your TV:
On Smart TV:
- Launch IPTVx on your Smart TV and press TOOLS or REC button
- [or INFO button from version 2.92]
- Take a note of 12 hexadecimal numbers in the left top corner
- (MAC = XXXXXXXXXXXX) - it will be used to authenticate access to VIP portal.
On web-browser:
- Login to newly created account
- Click on MAC-Address Tab
- Enter MAC of your TV and click register
